Single pallet delivery

One pallet is often too big for a parcel service and too small to justify a lorry. DRVX Couriers books a van that fits it, driven direct from collection to delivery by a vetted partner courier.

What we need to know

• The collection and delivery postcodes.
• The pallet size and weight. A standard UK pallet is 1.2 m by 1.0 m.
• Whether there is a forklift or loading bay at each end. If not, ask for a tail-lift.

Which van for one pallet?

A small van takes one pallet of up to about 500 kg. A heavier or taller pallet needs a bigger van, and a Luton with a tail-lift helps where there is no forklift. Tell us the weight and we suggest the right van. The partner courier confirms the vehicle.

Price and timing

A single pallet on a dedicated van is priced instantly from the DRVX rate card for standard jobs. The van goes direct, so same-day is possible, subject to partner availability. If your pallet needs something the rate card does not cover, DRVX prices the job and emails you. Nothing is booked until you accept.

More than one pallet?

Two to five pallets usually fit a bigger van. For larger part loads and full loads, use DRVX Haulage.
