Courier questions, answered
Who carries my goods, how prices work, what vans can take, pallet sizes, cancellations and what we can’t move. Straight answers.
Who carries my goods?
A vetted partner courier. DRVX LTD arranges the job as a booking agent and stays your point of contact. DRVX does not run its own vans.
How do prices work?
For standard jobs you get an instant fixed price from the DRVX rate card, based on the postcodes, the vehicle and any extras. Unusual jobs are priced by DRVX. Nothing is booked until you accept.
How do I pay?
You pay DRVX LTD the price you accepted, by card or bank transfer, or on an approved business account. DRVX pays the partner courier. The partner does not invoice you.
What can a van take?
As a guide: a small van about 500 kg and 1 pallet, up to a Luton at about 1,000 kg and 5 pallets. The partner courier confirms the vehicle.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The cancellation and refund rules are in the DRVX Transport payments and terms pages, linked at the foot of every page.
What can’t you move?
Hazardous (ADR) goods, temperature-controlled loads, live animals and international work. Mainland Great Britain only.
I have a bigger load. Can you help?
Yes. For 7.5 tonne, 18 tonne and artic lorries, use DRVX Haulage at drvxhaulage.co.uk.
Is there an app?
Yes. Tap “Get the app” at the top of any page to add DRVX Couriers to your phone’s home screen. It is the same booking service as this website.
